Built for Brewers

Fermentation Temperature Control

Precise temperature control through jacketed fermenters. Ales at 64–72°F, lagers at 48–55°F, cold crash to 32–34°F.

Glycol Chiller Systems

Central glycol chiller loops serving multiple tanks. Typical glycol setpoint: 25–28°F at 35–40% PG concentration.

Brite Tank Conditioning

Carbonation and conditioning at serving temperature. Glycol-jacketed brite tanks maintain 32–38°F for optimal clarity.

Crash Cooling

Rapid temperature drops for cold crashing, cold stabilization in winemaking, and quick chill-down cycles.

Pro Tip: Most brewery glycol chillers are designed for 35–40% PG concentration. If your system was charged with 50/50 premix, you can top off with premix. If you want to control concentration precisely, go with concentrate and mix with DI water.
