USP-grade, Kosher-certified inhibited propylene glycol heat transfer fluid, premixed at 50% concentration. USP grade means propylene glycol purity of ≥99.5% against United States Pharmacopeia monograph limits — the specification to quote when a pharmaceutical or cleanroom loop falls inside a validated or GMP-audited envelope.
Freeze protection to −28°F. Burst protection extends meaningfully below that figure: propylene glycol solutions form a pumpable slush as they cool rather than a solid block, so pipework survives well past the stated freeze point. Shipped factory-premixed with deionised water, so there is no blending on site and no risk of diluting with hard water. Mixing concentrate with high-mineral tap water is the most common cause of premature inhibitor depletion and scale in glycol loops.
